The student can meet with our dining services staff to learn how to safely navigate the dining locations and discuss appropriate dining options. The student is responsible for communicating any questions or concerns to the Chef, managers or dining supervisors in the dining facilities. We always recommend personal interaction with our management staff to obtain the most accurate information at the time of meal service.

Please report your food allergy to Keuka College Health Services prior to arrival on campus. Should a you need further assistance regarding food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact the Health Services office at Keuka College. The requested health information will be kept on file by Health Services.

GLUTEN SENSITIVE
The student should contact TJ Matthews,
Director of Dining Services, tmatthews@avifoodsystems.com prior to arrival on campus. All students with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity must meet with the dietitian and the Chef Manager in the dining facilities most frequently visited.
Meal Swipes
Students are required to purchase a dining meal plan with meal swipes to use for an all-you-care-to-enjoy meal at the dining halls or to use for a designated meal in the retail locations. Wolf Bucks act as cash and may be used at any retail dining venue. Meal swipes provide students a rounded meal selection during each meal period. One meal swipe equals one meal.

Wolf Bucks
Wolf Bucks do not carry over from semester to semester and expire at the end of each semester.
Once students deplete their Wolf Bucks, they have the option to use a credit or debit card. Additional Wolf Bucks can be purchased through Student Accounts located in Ball Hall.
