WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEAL MONEY AND 1 CARD CASH?

Meal Money is on your meal plan selection and can be used at all SLC Fresh locations. Meal Money cannot be reloaded and expires at the end of each semester. 1Card Cash is available to everyone on campus and is similar to a debit card or through the virtual portal and does not expire. 1Card Cash can be used at every SLC Fresh location and all vending machines across campus.

WHAT IS A MEAL COMBO?

A Meal Combo is a meal swipe at the Campus Center and Hill 2 Go. A meal combo allows for a full meal solution.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

If you have food allergies or other special dietary needs due to a medical condition, please contact the SLC Health and Wellness Center at 914. 395.2350. SLC Fresh is committed to accommodating your health-related dietary needs.

 

CAN I SWIPE A GUEST?

Meal Money and 1Card Cash can be used for guests at all SLC Fresh locations. You may swipe guests using your weekly meal allotment at Bates only.

 

HOW DO I PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO SLC FRESH?

For Fall 2019 we are introducing Text To Manager, a program where you text in comments and suggestions with a real-time response. In addition, you can always fill out a comment card at any of our locations. The manager of the location replies to all comment cards within 48 hours.
